Doodle Fairy is a free AI avatar generator. You upload a photo, choose a style and platforms, and the Service generates AI-styled avatar images sized for social media. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate avatars of people without their consent
• Create deceptive, misleading, or impersonating images
• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content

4. AI-Generated Content

• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated avatars. Some platforms or contexts may require disclosure that an image is AI-generated.
• We do not claim ownership of avatars you generate. You may use them freely.

5. Watermark

Free downloads include a small "doodlefairy.com" watermark. You agree not to remove or obscure this watermark from free downloads.

6. Rate Limits

The Service may impose daily usage limits to ensure fair access. We reserve the right to limit or block access for excessive use.

7. Privacy

8. Intellectual Property
