TL;DR — We don't store your photos. Your image is processed once to generate AI avatars and is never saved on our servers. We only collect anonymous usage statistics.
1. Photos You 업로드
When you upload a photo to generate an AI avatar:
- Your photo is sent to our server only to generate the AI avatar
- We do not store your original photo on any server or database
- We do not use your photo for training AI models
- The AI-generated image is served via a temporary CDN link and is not permanently stored
- All image processing happens in real-time and is discarded after the response
2. AI-Generated Images
The AI-generated avatar images are returned to your browser via a temporary URL:
- Available for download immediately after generation
- Not stored on our servers long-term
- May be cached by CDN providers briefly (minutes to hours) for performance
- Once the CDN cache expires, the images are no longer accessible
3. Information We Collect
We collect minimal, anonymous data to understand usage and improve the service:
- Browser fingerprint: An anonymous hash from your User-Agent and Accept headers. Cannot identify you personally.
- Generation count: How many avatars are generated (success/failure), with no personal data.
- Page visits: Anonymous visit counts via our stats endpoint.
We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
- Local Storage: Used to track daily usage quotas. This data stays in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
- Cookies: We do not set any cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts our website. See Cloudflare Privacy.
- Volcengine (Seedream API) — processes your photo to generate AI avatars in real-time. Not stored beyond the request.
6. GDPR
For users in the EEA: since we do not store personal data or photos, there is no data to access, modify, or delete. The anonymous browser fingerprint cannot identify you. 문의 us with any concerns.
7. Children's Privacy
Doodle Fairy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
